Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management?
Business Central usually fits small and midsize companies that want one app for the whole business. Finance and Supply Chain Management fits larger, multi-country, manufacturing or retail groups. We recommend after discovery, not before.
When does Dynamics GP support end?
Microsoft ends product support and updates for Dynamics GP on 31 December 2029, with security patches until 30 April 2031. Microsoft’s Bridge to the Cloud 3 offer on Business Central online runs until 31 December 2027.
Does Copilot work inside Dynamics 365?
Yes, Copilot and AI agents work inside Dynamics 365 using the same data, roles and permissions as your users. We configure them role by role and set a person to approve the actions that matter.
