Microsoft CSP Licensing
Pay for the Microsoft licenses your people use. We’ll manage the rest.
As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, Netsmartz reviews your Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure licensing, right-sizes it before you renew, then manages it month to month with support included.
Get a license review
We’ll show you unused seats, wrong-tier plans and what your next renewal will cost.
How it works
Review. Right-size. Manage.
Most companies only look at licensing when the renewal invoice lands. We start 90 days earlier and stay with you after.
Review
We look at who uses what: empty seats, idle features, people on plans they don’t need and add-ons their plan already includes.
90 days before renewal
Right-size
Move people to the tier they need, cut what nobody uses, pick the right term, and decide which roles get Copilot, all before you commit.
60 to 30 days before
Manage
We run the licenses from there: adds and removals, one monthly invoice, 24/7 admin and support, and the next review already on the calendar.
Every month after
Why this matters more this year
Three Microsoft changes that make an unchecked renewal expensive
Microsoft 365 prices went up
Business Basic and Standard, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 E3 and E5, EMS and Entra, among others. Most customers feel it at their next renewal.
That’s your window to fix a purchase
Under Microsoft’s new commerce terms, prorated cancellation ends seven days after purchase. After that you’re committed for the term.
Enterprise Agreement discounts ended
Online services now carry one price across EA volume levels, so many mid-size companies are comparing CSP for the first time.

Included with your licenses
After the review, we don’t disappear
Managing your licenses is part of the service, not an extra contract.
Review before every renewal
Not just the first one. Usage changes, so the plan should too.
24/7 admin and support
Tenant administration and first-line support, escalated to Microsoft when needed.
One monthly invoice
Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure together, in the currency you pay in.
Moving from an EA
Planned around your anniversary date, with no gap in service and no double paying.
Priced by country and currency, so we quote rather than list.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Microsoft CSP?
The Cloud Solution Provider program lets Microsoft partners sell, bill and support Microsoft cloud licenses for their customers. You buy Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or Azure through the partner, who becomes your first point of contact.
Is CSP cheaper than an Enterprise Agreement?
It depends on your size and mix. Since 1 November 2025, online services under an EA carry one price across volume levels, and CSP adds monthly flexibility and included support. We compare your actual EA terms before recommending a move.
Can we cancel or reduce licenses?
Within seven days of purchase you can cancel for a prorated refund. After that you’re committed for the term, which is why we right-size before you renew, not after.
Do you bill directly or through a distributor?
Both, depending on your region. Either way, Netsmartz is your single point of contact for licensing, billing and support.
