1.What are the most important trends reshaping the space you work in?
The conversations Im having with operators this year all orbit around the same three forces: AI that actually ships, data pipelines that teams can trust, and the cultural work required to make those two stick. Everything else is a consequence of how a team answers those three questions.
2.What advice would you give to a founder just getting started?
Narrow your ICP ruthlessly, then over-invest in the first twenty people who sign on. They become your evidence, your referrals, and often the beta-testers for your second product. Breadth comes later — depth wins the first two years.
3.Where is AI genuinely moving the needle for your clients today?
The highest-ROI AI work we see is the least glamorous: automating a single internal workflow that a human was doing twenty-plus times a day. Once that ships, the org builds confidence in the pattern and the bigger, customer-facing bets become a much easier conversation.
