In fact, every year, Great Place to Work assesses nearly 10000 organizations based on several parameters, including leadership, trust, camaraderie, respect, and fairness. And this year, we have been recognized as the “Great Place to Work.”

These celebrations are a small but meaningful part of what makes life at Netsmartz special: creating connections, appreciating our people, and taking a moment to celebrate the individuals who make our journey possible.
Learning & Development
In July, our Learning & Development initiatives focused on two important areas: Manager Capability Development and Use of AI in Talent Acquisition.
The Manager Capability Development Program focused on strengthening leadership skills, enabling managers to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and effectiveness. Alongside this, the AI in Talent Acquisition session explored how AI can support smarter, more efficient, and future-ready hiring practices.
Learning & Development
Throughout June, our Learning & Development initiatives focused on two key areas: People Manager Capability Development and Framework & AI in Design.
While one session empowered managers with the skills to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, the other explored how modern frameworks and AI are transforming the way we approach design and innovation.
