The LearnSmartz Course Builder is software that provides a revolutionary system of eLearning content assimilation and deployment. We have created a rich library of templates with interactive functionality to select from. This will allow you to directly key in text and images to create and edit your courses of your liking. This allows you to save on both effort and cost when reworking or updating the courses at a later time.
We work with you to define the requirements and objectives of your eLearning course and generate high-level requirement documents.
With your input, we generate a course sitemap detailing the modules and topics involved.
The Course Project Manager is typically defined as ‘Admin’ who has the rights to add courses, set access rights, change the status of the screens, view reports and approve or reject changes. IT and designers are the users with variable access rights dictated by the Project Manager.
Each template has predefined areas where a user may key in the heading, images, text and links to be used in the screens. The Course Builder behaves like a WYSIWYG editor for eLearning course development.
The authorized users draft and add the course content into selected templates while the designers select or create images. The images can be edited, cropped, or resized through the Course Builder’s built-in Image Editor. Version control has also been provided in the the Course Builder.
After content and images have been keyed in, the Project Manager(Admin) can publish the course as a Word document which will be sent for review and approval.
After the final approval, the Project manager publishes the complete course from within the Course Builder as a single ZIP file containing all of the course documents and audio files. Since much of the programming already exists in various templates, only a small amount of tweaking is required at this level. The course is now published as a SWF and is ready for use.
